This website (the "Website") is an online information service managed by Eni SpA and its subsidiaries (jointly "Eni") in order to allow interested parties (the "Users") to know the main characteristics of the properties subject to the sale procedure (the "Procedure")

The User is required to use the Website in the timely and constant respect of the law and of as established in these terms of use.Use of the Website is subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below. If the User does not intend to accept the terms and conditions set forth below, the Website may not be used and no material may be downloaded from it.

Intellectual Property
All contents present or made available on the pages of the Website (for example: texts, images, logos, icon buttons, audio files, data collections, etc.) are the property of Eni or its content providers and are protected by law no. 633 of 22 April 1941 on Copyright and subsequent amendments, as well as the provisions of international laws on copyright and data protection. The contents present or made available on the pages of the Website may not, either totally or in part, be copied, reproduced, transferred, uploaded, published, communicated to the public, transmitted or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of Eni or of the content provider that is the owner, without prejudice to the possibility of storing them on your computer or of printing extracts of the pages of this Website solely for personal use. The graphic material, logos, page headers, icon buttons, characters and service marks that appear on this Website are trademarks or distinctive signs owned by Eni or their respective owners. The informative documentation made available on the Website (the Information) is not intended to be exhaustive or to contain all the information that interested parties may deem necessary for the purpose of formulating an offer to purchase the Property.

Neither Eni nor its employees, collaborators and consultants assume any responsibility and/or provide any guarantee as to the completeness, validity and accuracy of the Information contained on the Website and/or any other written or verbal information that will be made available in the future to any interested party or its consultants.

Furthermore, no guarantee is given that the Information will not change after it has been made available or consulted.

Interested parties should independently conduct research, checks and analyzes on the Property and on the completeness and truthfulness of the Information or data subsequently provided.

Eni, its employees, collaborators and consultants, expressly disclaim all responsibility in relation to the use that interested parties, their consultants and/or any lending banks will make of the Information, as well as any other verbal or written information sent to the interested parties, to their lending banks or consultants during the Procedure.

Neither Eni nor its employees, collaborators or consultants are obliged to provide interested parties with any additional information, nor to update the Information or any other information provided, or to correct Information that may prove inaccurate.

The Information and data subsequently provided may only be used by the interested parties and exclusively for the purpose of acquiring knowledge of information relating to the Property.

Therefore, interested parties may not use the Information for purposes other than the one indicated above, nor publish, transfer or disclose such documentation or all or part of its contents to third parties, for any reason. The Information or data subsequently provided constitute confidential information.

The Information and in any case all the documentation made available does not constitute and will not constitute, also, neither explicitly nor implicitly an integral part of any contract that may be stipulated with Eni, nor will it be, in any way, referred to, considered or constitute a basis for any entrustment in relation to the conclusion of this contract.

This liability exclusion clause is understood to be applicable within the limits defined by the national provisions in force, not extending to the cases in which it may not be excluded pursuant to the aforementioned legislation.

Final provisions
Neither the Website nor the Information constitutes an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, nor an investment solicitation pursuant to articles 94 et seq. of Legislative Decree 24 February 1998, no. 58.

The publication of the Information does not imply any obligation or commitment for Eni towards the Users and, for the latter, any right or claim against Eni for any reason.

Eni reserves the unilateral right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Website.

Laws and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Italian law. The Court of Milan, Italy, will have exclusive jurisdiction and competence for any disputes related to these conditions.
